Occasionally owners have had time to plan out their course of action, and think through some possible solutions--but in most instances, you are building the airplane while flying in uncharted skies.

    As an experienced and collaborative strategic advisor, I’ve successfully guided clients and partners through hundreds of these transformational changes. I founded an institutional investment banking firm on Wall Street in 2001 and structured and advised hundreds of company capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, IPO’s and exits. I understand that transitions such as selling your business or gearing up for massive growth can be exciting and daunting at the same time.   • As an advisor and coach, I’ll guide and inspire you to think creatively through all the possibilities and protect against missed details. By sharing my decades of investment banking and capital markets experience, you will feel confident, prepared, and ready for whatever transition is coming your way.

    We design the program together based on your desired outcomes. Maybe you’re selling your business or building out your team or getting ready to raise capital and go BIG. Perhaps you need to get clear on your WHY or you’re in the middle of a massive transformation. Lots of ‘breaking down to break through’ and talking through the mushy bits of life, love, and loss to build solid muscle around your vision.

  • Typically, I’ll work with you weekly for a one to six month program. We meet via video and collaborate on the scope of our work together. We diligence every aspect of your business model, client base, technology stack, pipeline and process. We will build a secure data room to house the critical information a buyer or partner would require. I am comfortable discussing complex financial elements and at the same time am well-versed in mindset practices, and can happily discuss things like visualization and the law of attraction. In other words — I work with you holistically — because your business is not just about dollars — you put your heart and soul into it.

  • I fell in love with the name Divine from a translation of the St Francis of Assisi's prayer which reads in part "Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love." The word Divine stands for something so much higher than money or wall street or banking, and I thought it would be my beautiful guiding light. I had partners in the business I started in 1999 (more on that story another time!) and I ended up buying them out on September 6th, 2001. It was a contentious battle with the creepy old partners, and I was so happy. I was granted approval of my broker dealer, Divine Capital Markets, by Nasdaq on September 10th. The next day, the world changed, and the name Divine was even more appropriate.

    The verb divine means to find with intuition, and so much of the co-creative work I do is driven by an intuitive discovery process.

  • The stage of business doesn’t matter; if you have decided it’s time to step into a larger role and hold space for dreams to come, we should chat!

  • I request that you really think/meditate on/visualize what success feels like. Do not get caught up in the "how am I going to get there" - but really sit in the feeling of success. What does it look like? Get VERY clear on client size, employees (f any) etc. Who are you hanging out with? What is it like at home? What does your bank account look like? What other things have transformed in this vision? We will do this work together as well, but it does help to start daydreaming about this daily.
