Dani Hughes is the Founder and Managing Director of Divine Asset Management, a boutique advisory firm providing values-aligned wealth management and transformational business consulting. She works with individuals, families, and business leaders to align their money with their mission—offering long-term portfolio management and strategic business guidance rooted in purpose, clarity, and vision.
With over 30 years of experience on Wall Street, Dani began her career in equity trading and investment banking in the early 1990s. She went on to build and sell multiple businesses, including a women-owned investment bank that led hundreds of IPO and M&A transactions for both public and private companies. Her work today blends that institutional expertise with a deeply personal approach to financial decision-making.
Dani is a frequent guest on CNBC and Fox Business and is a sought-after speaker on leadership, the creation of capital, and women’s economic power. She currently serves as Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees on the board of Miller/Howard Investments and as Treasurer of the Board of Hudson Valley Women in Business.
