Divine’s Managing Director Dani Hughes is an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur, with over 30 years of experience on Wall Street and two decades leading the investment banking and asset management firm she founded.
She has raised capital and structured financings for public and private companies, executed billions in corporate buybacks for Fortune 100 firms, and advised CEOs through complex growth and transition strategies. Dani is the founder and managing director of Divine Asset Management, where she brings founder-level strategy and capital markets expertise to women-led businesses.
Her background spans trading, investment banking, and wealth management—making her uniquely qualified to coach business owners who are not just growing, but evolving. Dani is a frequent financial commentator on CNBC, Fox Business, Reuters, and Yahoo Finance, where she shares insights on impact investing, markets, and the future of small business. She currently serves as Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees on the board of Miller/Howard Investments and as Treasurer of the Board of Hudson Valley Women in Business.
